Finally finished week 2 of the training programme.. hour and twenty minute session – tempo training.

Cadence good again. Think might recalibrate kickr core again soon just to be sure it is still ok..

May start week three tomorrow, or perhaps Thursday

Spinning at a higher cadence seems more natural now..

Not a particularly demanding session – strength intervals with many low intensity breaks

Day 7

Beginner FTP wk1 day 3 – foundation

Pretty straightforward – FTP at 195 for session, presumably adjusting automatically

May go out on the MTB tomorrow or poss finish week 1.. weathered dependent. It is currently raining and due to rain overnight so we shall see
